Therapy

Clients are charged a $40.00 fee for the therapy intake session, due, before the day of the meeting.  Future therapy sessions are set on a sliding scale, based on a client’s income. 

We do not accept insurance.

Evaluations

Evaluations are charged using a set fee of $750. The evaluation fee is due in full before the time of intake, and is non-refundable. The clinic offers the following kinds of evaluations, including but not limited to:

• Psychoeducational -Learning Disability/Attention Deficit Disorder/Hyperactivity Disorder (LD-ADHD)
• Disability Determination for Social Security
• Psychological/Personality
• Pre-Surgical
