If applicants are deemed eligible for testing and/or therapy services at the clinic, they may be assigned a student therapist if one is available. The therapist will call the client to schedule an intake appointment. All intakes are $40, due before the  session.

The intake session is a “get acquainted” session, where the client learns more about clinic services and the clinician learns more about the client. Together, the student therapist and client plan the treatment process and arrange for subsequent visits, if warranted. In many cases, psychological testing is recommended in order to help the therapist and client better understand the problem.

Intake sessions may occur in-person or via Zoom, depending on client and therapist needs and other circumstances. Intakes (in person or via Zoom) occur Mon-Thurs between 9-3, and Fri between 9-2.
