If your child worries, becomes nervous, or is often irritable, she or he may benefit from learning mindfulness. This group teaches kids the foundations of mindfulness, including ways to incorporate mindfulness techniques into day-to-day life. Our goal is to help kids better understand their emotional experience and develop emotion regulation skills in a supportive and interactive group setting. The groups include 1 hour sessions for 8 weeks and will be begin in late August.
